Alex is PEI born and raised, hailing from Summerside and now calls Charlottetown home. Through various positions he has become an effective communicator, problem solver and project manager. Alex is passionate about showcasing our Island and all it has to offer while ensuring that all guests have an extraordinary and memorable experience that keeps them coming back year after year. Pricing model:
Your property manager will provide a market assessment to help you develop a comprehensive pricing strategy throughout the season. We base our price recommendations by looking at demand & availability, size & condition of the property, proximity to island hotspots, and amenities at the property. We operate on a percentage-based management fee model meaning our success is directly aligned with your success. Our fees vary based on the revenue the property brings in.
